When designing a new school building with various learning spaces for the 21st century, architects, school leaders and teachers must collaborate to build a space that meets the daily and diverse needs of students and teachers. Bridge3 has created the ideal learning space in their delivery of the School 3.0 concept. China Architecture Design & Research Group is the partner to deliver the design concept to reality. School 3.0 is a 21st century school concept created by Ms. Keqin Liu, the President of Beijing professional ZhongGuanCun 3rd Elementary School, and Dr. Guoli Liang, the Executive Director of Global Educational Community. The innovative design addresses the needs of student learning, teacher work and collaboration, professional development, and community educational involvement. Bridge3 has created the ideal learning space in their delivery of the School 3.0 concept. Hundreds of teachers and parents have been engaged actively in this whole process since the beginning of this project in 2012. This school opens for students in Fall, 2015.
