Noted Architect Amir Farr, 1972. Farr, a colleague of Oscar Niemeyer de Brasilia, whom collaborated on the design for the Santa Monica Landmark Strick House and was Co-Architect to the United Nation Building, unfolds old-world Roman grandeur into modernism design. Steel framed with walls of glass - seated on .6 acres, near Griffith Park with empire views of the city, mountains and ocean. A recessed arcade reminiscent of Roman aqueducts overlooks an expansive plaza with large sparkling pool and spa. The Shapoory house designed with voluminous public rooms centers around a center hall plan with a large foyer drenched in natural light. Soaring ceilings and a sweeping semi circular staircase welcomes you and your guests. The home also features a large Master suite with dry sauna and spa tub, separate maids quarters with laundry, darkroom, two wood burning fireplaces, modern wet bar, formal dining and large open kitchen plan with granite counter tops that opens onto a family room with direct access to plaza and pool. Perfectly situated for indoor-outdoor living and dining alfresco. Grounds include an Orchard with several varieties of fruit, a vineyard, room for tennis courts and direct access to Griffith Park trails. A complete oasis in the city.

I live by here but its still nicer than I thought this is a weird ugly street I don't know what it is but when you go north on this street it seems like cement and no trees it doesn't match the area but nice and pricey but weird!
I won't lie I see his house all the time I had no idea it was this nice inside it just looks like I don't know weird however the house could use some remodeling inside and out but then again it's really nice
