THE LINK: https://www.crowdrise.com/cantstop Today is December 2nd, 2016, the 28th birthday of Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind. Two days ago, we were surprised to learn that the creator of Too Much Light does not intend to renew our license to perform our works of Neo-Futurism within the constraints of that show’s 30 Plays in 60 Minutes.   While The Neo-Futurists will cease our production of Too Much Light, I want to be clear that our Ensemble will continue to produce Neo-Futurist work, as we always have, at our regularly scheduled weekend timeslots, here at our theater. We’ll still be at 5153 North Ashland Avenue, Friday and Saturdays at 11:30pm and Sunday at 7pm, 50 weeks of the year.   Our Ensemble can’t wait to show you what’s next in the late-night slot at the Neo-Futurarium. We’ll be starting performances right off the bat in 2017, and while we’re building something new, we need your support.   We’re reopening Can’t Stop//Won’t Stop, the fundraising campaign we completed this fall. Today, that phrase means a whole lot more to us. To support us while we plan for our future, you can donate here.
