The concept is based on the generation of the space in an exponential view trough the union of basic elements. The building looks like an aggregation of chaotic elements from the ground that they will evolute in 6 different space systems, which generate in the end the visible and recognizable iconic cube image. ABC Shanghai is an aggregative building, composed by functions connected with art and culture. The building is thought as connection knot which joins the ancient Post Museum with an underground exhibition space, the metro station with the covered plaza under the big block and the city through the pedestrian connection direct inside the structure. THE CONDITION OF THE CHINESE ARCHITECTURE is symbolic; it is iconic; it is based on the permeability and on the fluid spaces in which the internal and external space joining together creating the equilibrium between the inside and the outside, between man and nature, between architecture and nature, between artificial and natural. THE CONDITION OF THE CHINESE ARCHITECTURE is indefinite; it is changeable; it is spontaneous, the context seems not to exist; it is varied and active as his society.
