4. Probably the dumbest idea ever. Sure you can build 900,000 square feet of office space with no land cost, once you get over the $200 billion to catch an asteroid and construct a building and hope your cable is strong enough to hold the weight of the building. Asteroid then plummets towards earth; this is probably what happened to the dinosaurs.
5. that idea is likely impossible, it'll pretty much come down with the asteroid due to how heavy it is and it'll crash into other buildings.
