  1. "The cream will rise to the top", I love this quote, this is so true, as a keynote coach, I have so many people come to me wanting me to make them into the next Tony Robbins, Eric Thomas or even @GaryVee, but I tell them, you either have it in you or you don't, I can just help you present your message in a creative, engaging and inspirational way. I can't make you famous!
  2. This kind of experiments and the encouraging comments must've led to the call-in show format.
  3. Great ep and solid insight on business operations and decision making ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
  4. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  15. You are so patient Gary :) good show
  16. Wow! This vid blew my mind! It's so much better when you rant without a plan!!! Love the impro Q & A, spontaneous is for me in this first 150 episodes your best asset!!! Cheers! Incredibly high value your last concepts!!! Thx
  17. Take your crew to your trips. You talked about treating well your employees, I believe your crew deserves the gift of traveling wherever you go.
  18. Kasiu pozdrowienia!
  19. That question that Alex asked in the end was a bit over the top, how can you ask?someone who would your next 5 hires and expect a proper answer. Nice show Gary, it's not easy being in a random city doing a QnA
  20. The last Q&A was spot on. You need 4's & 5's while you're building a large company. That's how everything works. First you have to prove yourself before talented people want get behind you. Before people want to bet on you.

This idea maybe lost on individuals who would like immediate gratification.

I wonder what projects or task could you put in place to insure the next generation is mentally fit for the long haul.
