Concept, photos, videos, examples, construction

#QOTD: Are you a Vayniac or part of the VaynerNation? What's the difference? #TIMESTAMPS 00:35 - Can I add curated content to my own content? if yes, what’s the right mix? 03:37 - How much sleep do you get on average? Do you work 7 days a week? Do you have set days off to spend time with family? 05:50 - What have you found is the best way to introduce non wine drinkers to wine without seeming overwhelming? 07:44 - I know marketers ruing everything but is twitters latest algorithm change going to damage the user experience and the essence of twitter? 11:02 - What would you do if you were starting over and building your personal brand? how would you start the @garyvee brand if you had to do it all over? #LINKS Podcast: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-askgaryvee-show/id928159684?mt=2 Rafeal's Page: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6J6qYtlLQBCT6GOgv7fFAg If I were to go back in time and start all over again, I would change NOTHING. From 22 to 32, for the first ten years of my hustle, I remained quiet and I put in the work. I did the work that allowed me to have the audacity to go out and build the Gary Vaynerchuk brand. The notion that there's people out there that are growth hacking, and getting exposure through other people's podcasts, and leveraging the brands of others to build themselves as "experts," is LUDICROUS. What are these people actually experts in? What have they accomplished to be deemed an expert? Here's what I did and why I think you should listen to me when it comes to business. I am in the midst of building my second $50M plus business in a 5 year window. Is it $50 Billion? No - but it's a very substantial business. I was ahead of the market and I executed. I put in the work, I built up the business at a speed many can't comprehend, and I did the things that allowed me to be worthy enough to have a shot at putting out a $15-20 book and amass the following that I have. So my question is, what did these self-proclaimed experts do to claim that title? If you want to be an "expert" in your craft you need to be in the trenches, day in and day out. You can't just rely on modern day technology to build up your brand. The notion that people are leveraging these technologies and the brand equity of others to build their name is LAUGHABLE. You need to actually execute. You need to earn the opportunity to be a personal brand. You need to show them the proof. If you're an actual expert the proof should be in your forethought, your wins, and your execution. -- Gary Vaynerchuk is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal Best-Selling author, self-taught wine expert, and innovative entrepreneur. 1. Watching in 2017. This shit is on point.
  2. I wish I could have started working harder sooner, but happy to have finally got my ass in gear...I just turned 40 I really thought that was it...thanks Gary
  3. If you go through my first year of videos you'll see that I was going down that 20 year old life coach route. Luckily enough after a year of making vids and listening to what Gary had to say about it I decided that I wouldn't go down that path. I was always weary of someone calling me out asking me why I have the right to be a 'Teacher'. I guess I was looking for something just to say that I know what I want to become. Now I am documenting my journey. The truth is that I don't know exactly what I am going to do, and that's ok. However, accepting that fact has really taken a load off of my heart.
I'm enjoying sharing my journey as opposed to the motivational stuff. Its a lot easier on my mind
  4. Just do what you feel strongly to do! Live life without regrets. whether you're 17, 42, 55, 65. just do something.
  5. Wish I had watched this video awhile ago..I think I am gonna go back and watch some older episodes!
  6. Just discovered you today through the Video Influencers video.
I AM SO PUMPED FOR LIFE THANKS TO YOU. Lol.
  7. I'm a part of VaynerNation!
I feel like Vayniac is someone that's been there for years and years, I think I can graduate. lol
  8. Great show Gary.
For me being a Vaniac means going out there and doing the work while being in the VanyerNation is like listening/watching your show. Vaniac all about doing the work. I think I am both a VaynerNation and a Vaniac.
  9. 22 descendants of the devil "dislike" this video
  10. Love what you are putting out there Gary, no idea which I am regarding your groupies!! But the Q and A format is super, yes you talk to us not at us, I think that only comes from people who honestly do want to see others succeed and from people that remember what it was like to be uneducated and therefore have empathy for their fellow human who is willing to learn. One of my personal favourite quotes is "Don't look down on anyone, and don't look up to anyone either", meaning to me that we are all human and its just the differences of our personal experiences that puts us in different positions... nobody is 'better' than anyone else, we just have different skill sets...
  11. Gary Vee is the antithesis of Tai Lopez. Gary provides value without charging a penny whereas Tai won't give you an ounce of information until you pay upfront.
  12. "You're talking TO somebody, not DOWN to them." That's a great component of effective communication I think. Being self-aware helps tone down the pride so you don't talk down to them. That's so important if you have a vital message to tell!
  13. Amazing how the show evolved. Thanks SO MUCH for everything Gary. Yesterday in Antwerp was THE BEST!!!
  14. "I did the WORK that allowed me the Audacity to build the Gary Vaynerchuk brand" 🎉🎉
  15. "You The Man" The first Entrepreneur to ever talked the way you do to, I love you for that. I met Obama (the first President to talk to us the way he did) we all understood him clearly as we hear you. You next, I have to meet you 2-6-17 intro2u Today 2-10-17 3:30am Im Coming..
  16. I would call myself a Vayniac only because I've only started on my journey and haven't made any money yet. I do, however, love the videos! They stay as a constant motivation and resource for me!
  17. Gary, #Clipit 6:19 to 7:30 This is great message about how to deal with people. This is something more people in sales and business need to learn. It is also the way you need to treat all people you meet throughout you life. Thanks for all the great thoughts you share.
  18. Love your work man! Aloha
  19. You rock!!
  20. Amazing work bro ✌️
