Concept, photos, videos, examples, construction

"Brian Solis is principal at Altimeter Group, a research firm focused on disruptive technology. A digital analyst, sociologist, and futurist, Solis has studied and influenced the effects of emerging technology on business, marketing, and culture. Solis is also globally recognized as one of the most prominent thought leaders and published authors in new media. His new book, What's the Future of Business (WTF), explores the landscape of connected consumerism and how business and customer relationships unfold and flourish in four distinct moments of truth. His previous book, The End of Business as Usual, explores the emergence of Generation-C, a new generation of customers and employees and how businesses must adapt to reach them. Prior to End of Business, Solis released Engage, which is regarded as the industry reference guide for businesses to market, sell and service in the social web." [briansolis.com]

Comments

  1. I trust co-founders of highly succesful business vs. authors. Brian Chesky had a talk that was brilliant on what he was seeing the market place. I hope you find this feedback valuable. But more than likely like 99.99 % of people you won't use it, let me know you used it, and or will just let me comments disolve into the commentssphere.
  2. Gave up after 28:30 there is nothing new here to learn. Jeff Jarvis talks about all this stuff in his book What Would Google Do?, and that came out back in 2008.
  3. god that shirts collar is big.
  4. its great
  5. 16 minutes in, I haven't heard anything substantive that addresses the title of this discussion. Sticking with it because of Gerard Danford's comment.
