1. Unique is wonderful but some of these buildings are simply ugly to be ugly.
   There is certainly a need for innovation to improve on the commonplace architecture of today but I think the biggest improvements will be small things having to do with Lighting and Ventilation as well as multipurposing rooms--especially bedrooms.
