1. This is very interesting structure. The autor of this video of the whole idea didn`t mention the technology that runs it, power plasma generators and other free self-nourishing powerful energy systems from the obvious reasons.
   Real scientists have known for a long time that plasma energy is real and there is enough energy in the vacuum of a single hydrogen atom to power the whole world for many years, but we are not taught in schools and colleges about it and also can not be seen on some documentaries on a global family cable television because we are needed to pay our bills to feed the government & rulers. Tsunami problem can be solved in several ways... even Mr. Keshe from the Keshe Foundation mentions many times in his video workshops and speeches that we can use plasma in many ways, we can navigate the structures or anything not just left-righ we can also go up and down. If the structural plasma is stable weight does not affect the power of it, so the possibilities are endless.
   With the medium plasma knowledge big structures can be secured not just from tsunamies but also from various weather conditions, asteroids, from cracking tectonic plates and other.
2. I don't agree with the theory that these will happens in just 100 years but ofcourse I know it will happen but not in 100 years maybe in 300..
3. Yes you will have cities build like buildings in the future. With elevators as transportation, its really great. Also there will be large crafts build that can house civilization, modern ark of noah
