5. Interesting concept. What about privacy by the looks of things someone with a telescope or binoculars could be watching from a far, or how about wheeling items up and down. Also, environment. Like when it rains, flooding, dust gathering. Another thing to worry about is the water leak from the pool above too. How about erosion from the cliffs, after all the wind or water will cut into the dirt. Plus, plant life like trees. The roots does go through the ground too.
