The eco friendly home is partially submerged in water and floats on the principles of buoyancy and a counter weight provided in the lower part of the structure. The roof of this beautifully designed home is laden with photovoltaic panels to generate all the energy the house needs. The single family home comes with a bedroom, a kitchen, an observation deck, and a bathroom, along with a lot of open space to allow the residing family to enjoy the pristine views of the sea. Isolée House Isolée House is a self-sufficient, three-level home that does not cause any harm to the environment. This small eco-friendly residence is designed to incorporate a structure like a solar tree that has photovoltaic panels to generate energy from sunlight. Thus, there is no requirement of energy from other sources in order to run this home. On the external side of this home, there are thick shutters operated by electric motors. A solar-powered computer further monitors these motors. Users can open the shutters to let the natural light enter in the home. When there is a storm expected, the shutters close automatically. Isolée House has LED lights with rechargeable batteries and uses a wood-burning stove to heating purposes. This is a zero-energy design that can be great for future living. Habitat Micro Home Concept Christened simply as the ‘Habitat’, American product designer Joe Salerno has adroitly conceived his conception as a ‘car-house’. The total scope encompasses a hybrid-like structure, with a separate car space (of 32 sq m) and a duplex space (of 100 sq m). When the Habitat is static, these two spaces fuse to become a credibly sized dwelling, with denominations like kitchen and bedroom. Finally, the conception will also not require conventional fuels, as its integrated systems will generate clean solar and wind energy. LAVA . http://www.archdaily.com/122119/home-of-the-future-lava Home of the Future Being Built On Roof Of Chinese Mall Do you already have in mind what your future home will look like? With an avant garde, fantastically futuristic design – this eerie but insanely heavenly-like home is dubbed the “Home of the Future” – incorporating technology, nature and men. The concept was designed by Australia’s Laboratory for Visionary Architecture Asia Pacific (LAVA), a visionary architecture company, giving you the feel as if you are on the set of Jurassic Park or Avatar. It is built on the roof of a furniture mall in Beijing, China. According to the press release, “LAVA’s Home of the Future is a showcase for future living, with nature, technology and man in a new harmony.” The dome was constructed using the Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene, ETFE, a plastic designed for resistance that supports a wide range of temperatures and provides “a year-round microclimate that opens up the home to a garden filled with sunlight and fresh air.” It has “sunken bedrooms with dream inducing lighting,” “internal/external bathroom zones” and tropical indoor garden. In the evening, the place transforms into “an otherworldly experience, with the underlying technology, the electronic veins of the system, coming to life.” LAVA Director Chris Bosse says, “The Home of the Future acts as a metaphor for the questions of our times, our relationship with nature, with technology and with ourselves.” Facebook https://www.facebook.com/mindseyedesignmedia Website http://www.mindseyedesignmedia.com Blog http://mindseyedesign11.blogspot.com/ Google+ https://plus.google.com/+mindseyedesign/posts YouTube https://youtube.com/mindseyedesign Related Videos Top New Wearable Technology Cool Inventions and Gadgets 2015 https://youtu.be/y3BO4UpusNs Cool Future Gadgets - Top New Gadgets - Best High-tech Inventions 2015 https://youtu.be/uVHrn0CNT4s Cool Future Inventions Creative Gadgets and Awesome New Technology 2015 https://youtu.be/aO4iqzR7wdI Cool STRANGE and Unusual Inventions - Weird and Creative Gadgets https://youtu.be/Ze3hTL2rY0s Awesome Top New Technology Cool Gadgets and Inventions 2015 https://youtu.be/VxwsBSoenqs

  1. Just dream it will never happen lol where u go school ? Where is market for you daily use?before we invent a teleport or warp machine this never will happen!in mmo game your dream will come true!
  2. did anyone notice in the first house, that was a skeleton swimming. maybe its was just the lighting.
  3. Im da best
  4. I've never considered living in a dirigible. If I did, I'd have a keyboard rather than a baby grand piano, though ;)
  5. I think the flying house and the cliffside house are the most neat.
  6. A lot of these houses look isolated. What if you get a cut and need stitches? The first house (the one in the cliff) looks too far away from any city or town, let alone a hospital.
  7. First one is genius! its like shelter and if alien (someday) doing some research and visit our planet...they will see no house or anyshit on the ground level but earthquake...
  8. flying house Lol
  9. How can thay eat fish?
  10. and if theres an earthquake.....the ground will crush the house
  11. must be nice to blow money like this.seems like such a waist
  12. i like the pod one....other ones need too much maintenance
  13. This video is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen anything that has awed me for a long time.
  14. what if the flying house stopped flying
  15. lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllkkjool,jhh
  16. Gorgeous upload <3
  17. Most of these designs seem a bit airy-fairy. Not every country would provide sufficient solar power, and you can't rely on the wind to be blowing at all times, either. That's great to keep the bills down on a good day, but possibly not as a sole source of energy.  Some of the capsule ideas make sense, but why do they always have to look so sterile?
  18. it looks like it is in the game sims not real life exept for like 2 houses
  19. Designer: "Hey guy, I'm designing this awesome zeppelin house, any ideas?"
Engineer: "How about some light weight landing gear?"
Designer: "Grand piano it is then"
  20. music?
