  4. "'But.... uhhhh.... forget what it is on a PC.'"

Glad you could render your video useless for a large amount of viewers. Dislike.
  5. Just saved my employer some major dough with this tutorial, you rock thanks man!
  6. Thank you! It worked perfectly:)
  7. Why does he click on the orbit tool? Just use the middle button.....
  8. ntg there
  9. Thank you for the tutorial! It really helps! :)
  10. I can do this successfully, but it is taking into account the elevation of the trees not the land where the land meets the forest. Is there any way to stop that from happening?
  11. Oh thank you thank you! I've watched all the other Youtube videos and they weren't detailed enough as I'm a newly to Sketchup. I've been working on trying to figure this out for days! Yeah! How can I make the topo lines a different color and thinner?
  12. I've been searching for hours for something like this!! You sir, are a god. Thank you.
  13. hai, why can't I type the x ? when i typed it it appear invalid length entered .
  14. Sketchup rocks! Will soon overtake all those expensive programs !
  15. Increase the resolution in SketchUp? Not sure if you could. Are you planning on bringing this into another program?
  16. That's great, but how do you increase the resolution on a terrain for smooth contours when the site gradient is only varied by a few feet and not hundreds as in your tutorial? I zoom in right to the building and the terrain produced is pathetic. It is nothing but faceted straight lines.
  17. easily. With Pro, you can export to DWG. With the free version, you unlock the aerial image, delete it, and import it in Rhino. Certain versions allow SketchUp imports. Once it is imported, you can flatten topo if you so choose with a flatten command.
  18. Hi nice trick, just one question, how can export it to Rhinos??? tx a lot!!
  19. after you offset the object, did you enter the number with an "X" after it, no spaces? I.e. 150x? Also once you offset it , you have to enter that number with click away and performing another task.
  20. I have been using SU for a long time and this is the first I have seen of this trick. Awesome.
