We produce beautiful homes and public spaces for the community. We design and build for the people. The idea is to design around how people live and not to design then figure out how they would live in it. Getting involved with the 21st century community, gradually altering the many lifestyles into healthy ones. Considering the importance of current environmental affairs and social context, hence incorporating how residents/people are able to properly interact with one another. Designing and building homes for the comfort of people to live in is one thing, making people enjoy and interact outside of their homes is another. We aim to build a connecting bridge to carefully mend this gap of social interaction between people and their homes. Berlin is a highly dense and populated city which is in the midst of a vast and rapid urban sprawl. This ever growing city is in much need to accommodate for an increasing number of occupants. It is here that we plan to objectify our idea of helping the community by contributing a mix of high density residential housing and public interacting spaces. Our projects will reintroduce and seamlessly incorporate connectivity, diversity, responsiveness and accessibility back into urban living. Our firm can provide antidotes to urban sprawl while still keeping in mind the importance of interaction between its residents.
