Short piece by one of the proponentsof English Futurism, written in 1933. Futurism was a 20th century movement in art which encompassed painting, sculpture, poetry, theatre, music, architecture and gastronomy. Filippo Tommaso Marinetti initiated the movement in his Manifesto of Futurism, published in February 1909. Futurist music rejected tradition and introduced experimental sounds inspired by machinery. It influenced several 20th century composers

  4. Yes, I did note that there is a sound resembling an electric guitar in there, and wondered how he could have asked for that exact sound prior to the 1950s. lol! But it's still amazing.

  8. Wow! That was written in 1933?!!! Seriously? It sounds almost like it was written in the 1970s.... or even later!
