Luxury penthouse villas, over 1000 sqmt (11000 sqft), are completely tailor-made to fulfil individual buyers' personal needs and wants and include all selected finishes from floor to ceiling, including bathrooms, kitchens, lighting and even furniture. The luxury Italian marble bathrooms will be preassembled at the Leonardo da Vinci factory in Italy, part of the Dynamic Group, to include a sauna, Turkish bath, and will be further enhanced by the pleasures of colour and sound therapy. Enjoying the latest in Smart Home technologies for seamless living, all Dynamic Villa residents have voice and touch activated control of their Villa's rotation speed and direction, plus control of entrances, security, surveillance, climate, lighting, multi-media home entertainment, and even the temperature of their indoor swimming pool. Villa residents are also able to drive immediately into a special elevator that safely transports their car to their floor and park directly at the entrance of their villa, providing the luxury of convenience coupled with the necessity of security. Presenting every resident with the brilliance of constantly changing views, effortless living powered by sophisticated electronic devices and the extravagance of high-quality design details produced in our state-of-the-art-factory in Italy, each Dynamic Tower throughout the world will be unique, thus becoming an iconic structure wherever it is built. Collectively, the Dynamic Towers will represent a new age of Architecture, which will change the look of our cities and herald the era of Dynamic Living. Comments

  1. This will never happen the architecture of yesterday will live forever.
  2. Covering buildings in vegetation is not architecture. It's gardening at best.
All the buildings look alike, all the cars look alike. Very orwellian.
  3. The crazy that copied my design badly and it never worked like usual when i get copyed. You suck
  4. I really loved your channel Mrnes :) good
  5. I believe it is a good idea to explore different methods of living. I feel like living on the surface is fine but its taking up too much space. There is no room for other living creatures to live. We have the technology to create self sustaining environments for us to live. There could be underwater cities and towns, floating cities, single or multiple sky scrapers that are as big as whole cities. That would free up some space for other things to live and grow as they please
  6. Do you like visions and concepts of our future life? You may want to like The Visionist then! Take a look at the page at https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Visionist/646320438802053?fref=ts
  7. Taking us back where we belong, and that's with nature. I love it. We get so caught up in thinking about the future that we sometimes forget that we are also animals, and that there are things we've evolved to be apart of. Even now when we couldn't be further removed from nature, nature still manages to find us. Weeds, rats, spiders, insects, birds, squirrels, and many other critters still manage to be a part of our lives in this sanitized world we've created. I wish the people behind this the best of luck.
  8. Not in this Monetary system and the current mentality of the people.
  9. What's in those bubbles? and is this practical?
  10. La Music del Fondo??
  11. hey what about the plumbing?
  12. Then u go on living, till ur fed up!
  13. The near future is here!
  14. What if your goals are infinite?
  15. I'm a firm believer in the Multiverse theory, we live for millions of years in various universes, then die, having achieved our goals.
  16. So you simply wish to be nomads for the rest of eternity, traveling through the stars with now place to call home?
  17. You have absolutely no idea of the nature of the Universe! The Earth IS like a banana skin, to be thrown away, like rubbish. There are an infinite number of universes with an infinite numeber of Earths, why should you treat this planet like a sacred ornament?
  18. A gleaming gem of industry, technology, power, subjugation, and freedom. A memorial to the the weak and the helpless, the powerful and the mighty, the saints and the damned, the millions of lives that had to have been lost for our civilization to grow. We are humanity. Our birthright; the stars. Our home; Earth.
  19. Thousands of years from now when our species spans the galaxy, this planet's name shall be whispered among the stars as the birthplace of all civilization. Yet you wish to deny our descendants the privilege to walk upon the ancient, revered soil of Earth, the same soil to give rise to the gods that we shall with no doubt become. To throw away the Capital of the human species like a "banana peel"! This planet should be idolized as the cradle of our species.
  20. Thanks!
