David O'Loughlin is the Labor candidate for the seat of Adelaide in the forthcoming State Election. Originally from Port Pirie, David studied Architecture at the University of Adelaide, completed a Graduate Diploma in Project Management at the University of South Australia, completed the Australian Institute of Director's course in 2000 and graduated from the Governor's Leadership Foundation in 2002. David has a long and diverse history of community service including youth work, service club membership, church and school committees and is currently a member of Prospect Kiwanis, a board member of Reconciliation SA, a member of the Architectural History Advisory Board, the Prospect Gallery Advisory Group, the Prospect Public Art Advisory Board and is also Convenor of the Adelaide Chapter of the Art Deco and Modernism Society.
