14. I have been using Bigrock since 2 years now, over the time i have never faced any issues with domains or hosting it is more reliable and easier to operate than godaddy, also customer service has a excellent response time
15. its good that BigRock is taking good steps but they have to focus on Pricing and Renewal too... or else customers are going to get diverted

19. Ashish Bansal is right. There should be uniform value. Giving a initial discount makes a client more unhappy than a loyal. This only brings once and go customer. If bigrock wants a loyal and sustained customer they must improve their pricing. We are not here to buy our domain for one year. Give discounts those who buy your service for 5 years or tenn years. If we wish to buy a domain for 10 years we get nothing to deal with then where is the authenticity of your service?
