1. Hello! I am a self taught sewist too! I started sewing about 6 years ago and shortly after began teaching my foster children how to sew... Now I host Sewing Workshops for kids... AND I LOVE IT! This past weekend, I hosted a sewing workshop to a small group of new beginners ages 5-10 years old. It is truly rewarding to see children be proud of their sewing projects...
