Amenities will include valet parking, access to storage spaces, two state of the art fitness centers, the Faena Gardens designed by the landscape architect Raymond Jungles, and preferred status to the many other attractions that will comprise the Faena District. Prices range from $3 million up to $50 million. The Versailles Contemporary further distinguishes itself from competing condominium developments by offering low-density living on the beach with a focus on design, class, and upscale outdoor spaces. The developers claim that while the style and setting are distinctly Miami, the design, quality, and amenities of the Versailles Contemporary are equal to those you would find in the highest end condominiums in New York or London.
