one of the best educational institution in the country Far Eastern University (FEU) (PSE: FEU) in the City of Manila, West Sampaloc, University Belt area is a nonsectarian, private university in the Philippines. It was founded as a domestic educational institution in 1928 and incorporated in 1933, being the 6th oldest university[citation needed] in the Philippines and the 4th oldest private, non-sectarian university in the country based on its extant university charter.[1] FEU is a founding member of the two major collegiate athletic organizations in the Philippines, namely the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-Philippines) and the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).[2] FEU was once dubbed as the "Largest University in Asia,"[1] with an almost 50,000-student population in the early 1950s. The university is one of the pioneers in accountancy education in the Philippines. It has programs in architecture, fine arts, the arts and sciences, commerce, education, engineering and technology, graduate research, law, nursing, and medicine. Among its alumni are former Supreme Court Chief Justice Artemio Panganiban of the Institute of Law, business tycoon Henry Sy of the Institute of Accounts Business and Finance, renowned athlete Lydia de Vega-Mercado of the Institute of Education, among others. One of the major additions to FEU's facilities is the newly inaugurated Technology Building II, a modern nine-storey building that houses FEU East Asia College and IARFA. Recently, the university received a UNESCO Heritage award for having the largest ensemble of preserved art deco buildings in the country. FEU is the first university in the Philippines to have campus wide WiFi coverage for its community.[citation needed] FEU also is the first to implement a University Wide Biometric Smart Card ID system aimed to enhance its security protocols. The FEU community is required to be fingerprinted and photographed for the generation of the FEU Biometric database that is integrated to gate computer terminals in which the Biometric ID is scanned prior to entry to the university. FEU has been dubbed as the most secured University in the Philippines because of this security implementation. Visitors are required to submit any Philippine issued Photo ID (PRC Card, Passport, Driver's License, SSS Digitized ID, etc.) for Filipinos and Passport for Foreign Guests at the FEU Security Department for issuance of an FEU Visitor's Pass. The university also has ISO certification (9001:2000).[citation needed]

7. na observe ko na itong FEU, maganda naman yung facilities, yung environment, pati yung requirements sa mga faculty mataas din. kaya lang may problema sa isang guidance councelor dito sa OSAC, lalaki na nakasalamin, hindi siya magaling makausap, in coloquial words, BOBONG TANGA siya. bakit kaya nagha-hire ang one of the finest university ng mga naive o unexperience, lalo na't GC pa naman.

16. OO naman ,medyo matagal nga lang last 1991 bs architecture. nasa ntb bldg. pa kami nuon .duon sa taas ng old cyndys dept. store na ngayon ay east asia college na yata. masaya kami nuon araw maraming gimik at maluwag pa sa gate pati barkada namin sa baste , beda,uste at ue nakakapasok sa piyo.
