FlavaBay performing My Music at Breakin' Convention 2016 UK Tour: WHITLEY BAY at Playhouse Whitley Bay. FlavaBay is a crew that's all about family, fun, and dancing. Over the past few years the dancers have been on an exciting journey creating new work, practicing and performing, creating performances to make others feel the way they feel when they hang out and dance together. The main focus of their work is always use the music. Looking at classic 70s funk tracks that capture the FlavaBay vibe and trying to best interpret the energy of the song through their choreography is how they traditionally inspire the unique, fresh and Flavabay style. In this performance, they tackled this great song by Bunny Sigler, My Music, a song packed with feeling, and energy. FlavaBay is a hip hop community group based in Whitley Bay. The group has been running since 2009. Taught by Bad Taste Cru, they run five hip hop and breaking classes for young people from Whitley Bay and surrounding areas.
