A unit in the Frances Carlton Condominium in downtown Sarasota (1221 N. Palm Ave.). This classic Mediterranean Revival building was built during the 1920's, and because of its age and architecture it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This unit reflects that era with various Roaring 20's, Jazz Age, and Art Deco decorative elements. The entry way/breakfast room is styled as a French bistro, including vintage travel posters for La Cote d'Azur (the French Riviera). The sun room has a tropical decor, including a classic art deco Bacardi Rum poster from that era. Other furniture is Mediterranean, reflecting the building's historic architectural style.
