4. Umm... May I ask, why aren't you doing the floor foundations with floor plan first..? Like... It's odd seeing someone just do the "Go for it" method. I know you send you're not an architect, but even so. If you start with what the floor will look like, it will make it faster for you to get it made. What you're doing is Concept Design and with that, they start from the floor up.
