New Amsterdam Travel Video- The Amsterdam School of Architecture and Design was born in this city and is closely related to Art Deco. Het Scheepvaarthuis or Shipping House is a great example. Originally built to house the offices of six shipping companies starting in 1913, the building is now home to the Grand Hotel Amrath. Host Sander tours this majestic hotel with its incredible glass ceiling, marble floors, intricate iron work, stately boardroom and breathtaking rooftop views.
