This is a nice Art-Deco style building. Well, at least it has certain features typical for Art-Deco style Buildings that size; like the colorful doors and windows; the pastel facade - decorated corners and angles as well as beams and ledges along the walls. It misses the typical decoration of an Art-Deco front facade, but that's okay The Building has visible tear and wear at it's facade and could definately use a new layer of paint. But the venue is clean and the location is excellent (spectacular sunsets guaranteed), even though the Great Ocean Highway - with roaring traffic day and night - runs just behind the building. I assume it to be a multifamily Home with a large sundeck on top of the building. These kind of buildings are very common in a city like Miami Beach (especially in the Flamingo/Lumus Neighborhood - just north of SoFi) but I haven't found another one like this in Los Santos so far... I gonna post a video as soon as I find one.
