2. This is the most beautiful chair. I thought I had found the perfect chair until I went into the store and tried it. The regular chair was very comfortable... then I tired the recliner and it was awefull. Nothing like the regular chair at all - the cushions were not a cushy and the there was no neck or back support - even in the upright position. Any, when you reline, it's worse. I am so disappointed but wanted to make sure no one actually orders a recliner without trying it first. Please, please, please, could someone create a recliner that is as good looking as it is comfortable.
