It is a house often photographed and used in films and TV, like an early Columbo episode. I will post a narrated version next week, where I also add colour using colour pencils to the swimming pool and sky. This drawing is in one point perspective and I used a mechanical pencil and a 4B pencil. The architecture of the building has a natural drama and a great tonal range to draw!
