The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor - at a cost of $90 billion - will be the largest infrastructure project in India's history. Led by the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, its backbone will be a 920 mile long dedicated freight corridor and will feature dozens of brand new cities along with new ports and airports. Itβs designed to cut the logistical costs of manufacturing goods, making India the cheapest place in the world for a company to make its stuff and - in turn - triple the amount of merchandise the country exports from 2010 levels by 2017.
