  5. I do not understand what he wanted to say. Probably nothing.
Here is my story of lost time: "I listened to this video."
    :(
  6. He reminds me of Person of interest's Finch.
  7. Beautiful story, and so entertaining.
  8. "And so, I sure am glad I did not slow down to talk to her. I sure am glad I never saw her again."
  9. Beautiful story!
  10. Hi I'm a PC
  11. What worthless drivel! I want my 18 minutes back! This dweeb should have his mom iron his suit before he goes to "work".
  12. Damn that alien looks damn creepy. Why do you have to keep showing the damn thing
  13. Wow, great job making this extended metaphor sound like a quirky, entertaining monologue.
Before he goes off accusing people of being aliens, he establishes how vast the universe is, and how he had trouble relating.  Each of the people he told stories about were people that reached out in some way to him, and how he lost an opportunity to spend time or connect further with them. How the aliens guided our evolution, and how his latter relationship had him doing things he'd never tried before. Great stuff, bravo.
  14. PC? Is that you?
  15. 240p WHY
  16. Wow! Windows 8 is now lecturing at TED.
  17. You can tell how shy he is when he's doing public speaking. Even though that's kind-of his job, he still glances around nervously and looks ill at ease.
Nevertheless, this is a truly beautiful story. The alien stuff serves as a sort of extended metaphor/recurring motif to tie it all together and to provide some great laughs, but the heart of the story is, in my view, the truly moving comments on the human condition, growing up, adolescence, loneliness, companionship, and love. It's hard to classify this presentation: It's sort of like stand-up comedy with soul and with occasional emotional gems nestled in between the jokes.
  18. What was that song during the advert at the end??
  19. Is it hard to believe a race of aliens capable of traveling such great distances as to visit earth would have advanced technology? They would have mastered the X-ray, right? Probably something beyond the X-ray. The Y-ray? So, if we can agree aliens have advanced technology. If we agree they have advanced beyond the ray of X. Then why is it, what could be the purpose of putting something in our butts?
  20. Brilliant and funny.
