Setting new environmental benchmarks, the building is constructed primarily from Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and recycled hardwood. The building includes sustainable features like: - passive ventilation - full height glazing on the ground level to capture natural light and 360 degree views of the surrounds - Low volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde materials ensure a high quality indoor environment Library at The Dock is a 55 metre long building with views of the waterfront and the adjacent 3,500 sqm Buluk Park.
