These are the main buildings that make up the Library of Congress complex. The Thomas Jefferson building which most people are familiar is the iconic LOC building. The Johns Adams building which has an art deco style and the more modern James Madison building. All over Capitol Hill there are these little decorative owls in the artwork and architecture. Representative of Minerva the goddess of war and wisdom.
