2. I'm working on a study of the stone buildings of Hamilton - so this is great background. We have a number of excellent William Thomas buildings here - I would think the best collection in Ontario.

4. Beside the cathedral currently there is a massive hole. They are putting in a new scyscraper and it's going to be interesting seeing that directly beside the cathedral
5. I can't decide if Mr. Vazquez is a better historian or architecture expert. He's just so darn good at both. I heard the old folks talk about Whiskey Row, but I never knew were it was. Now I'll have take a pilgrimage the next time I'm back in the old country.
