3. I've become a huge fan of your work over the past couple months. My biggest takeaway from this video was hearing how you struggled with attacking making health a priority. You started and stopped a few times before "becoming accountable to someone else" made it click for you. It was refreshing to hear that a lack of commitment to something you've decided you want to accomplish, doesn't make you a loser, it's a testament that you simply haven't identified whatever it is that will make it click for you. 16. This was such a real talk I actually felt the originality in what you talked about in regards to pressure. I can related to that since I have my whole family dependent on me as well not just financially but emotionally. I am trying to start a life tool coaching company and have started with women to become their best. I love it when people talk in 'real 'terms.
