We continue our exploration of Oak Park Il south side with a look at a couple of interesting apartment buildings on the 300 block of Wisconsin Ave. First at 309 is the E.E. Roberts designed Wisconsin Apts.(1906). A low key design with a deco feel to it. Across the street at 320 is the more exotic limestone Bon Villa Apts. Built in 1928 the architect here is unknown but the beautiful building ornamentation is a delight to the eye.
