Decide to take the land paddle out for a short trip from gunwarf quays in portamouth up to havant, a distance of 11.6miles. wasa fun paddle but the last 4miles saw rain which was not so nice. can't wait till summer so i can do it in my shorts!!!

1. OK so l have a long board that l ride on down Morecambe prom. A while ago l was looking at trying this but never got round to it. I have a question... After paddling for so long, do you get arm ache? and what about you muscle growth. Would you change side so both your arms get the same kind of work out?
