Brian Richardson is the Rocky Mountain Warehouse Lofts and downtown Denver loft expert. Rocky Mountain Warehouse Lofts is located just one block south of Coors Field, one of the most convenient locations for enjoying all the amenities that Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo) has to offer. It was one the last buildings built between the Great Depression and the downtown boom of the 1980's, and was initially used as a merchandise mart for a variety of tenants in the downtown Denver commerce hub. The architecture of the building reflects the Art Deco style of architect Montana Fallis who also designed the Oxford Annex next to the Oxford Hotel in Lodo. The building is unique because of the large round concrete columns that create a presence in the space of otherwise open loft floorplans. On the back half of the building, balconies were added in the during the early 1990's renovation providing exterior space that house amazing urban gardens in the summer months.
