This time around, writer-performers HAL BAUM, KURT CHIANG, JEN ELLISON, JEFF TRAINOR, RACHEL WILSON, & MIDEN WOOD all opened their laptops and their hearts and allowed themselves to be prompted by this online video (http://ocean.si.edu/ocean-videos/dumbo-octopus-underwater-dance), which sparked 6 original essays that are funny, gut-wrenching, surprising, and honest, in spite of the underscoring & horrifically fake bubble sounds at the top. Come hear [Hal Kurt Jen Jeff Rachel & Miden] read these essays, while [Hal Kurt Jen Jeff Rachel & Miden] interrupt with questions, tangents, challenges, wrestling matches, swimming dates, morning rituals, de-worming instructions, etc. What emerges between the stories and the anti-stories will be a special, singular, unrepeatable event.
