  1. It is ridiculous to say two state-owned companies can and will fight against each other. If someone really knows about China, these two giant companies are controlled by central gov. since beginning of its founding. And local government has no say on their structure changes. This Japanese speaker no doubt want to create uncertain air in understanding China's economic development which is in fact simply and easily open up to analysis. Cheap Japanese!
  2. Japanese are deceptive as usual , try to mislead the world to their benefit. To break up their status quo, their main objective is to stir up the suspicion between US and China to achieve their normalization of their country which is suppressed since 1945.
