The Mutual Building is an iconic monument on Parliament & Darling Streets in Cape Town, listed in the World's Top 100 Art Deco buildings. Once the headquarters for a financial institution, the building emerged from a period of derelict and now stands as a landmark address, providing safety, security and confidence to its residents, as the building once did for the financiers who worked there.
