Peter White - Drums. === "The De La Warr Pavilion building was constructed in 1935 and designed by the architects Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff. It is regarded to be in an Art Deco style. It is located in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, on the south coast of England.The canopy of the bandstand is a fibreglass coated, stressed ply skin structure, which sits on a stepped steel base. It was made by hand in a workshop using ship-building techniques and can move about on the large terrace in front of the pavilion to accommodate different performances. The shape of the canopy is based on computer analysis of sound projection from the stage platform. It directs the sound without distortion.
