20. If it will be able to program how fast your flat is spinning and if it will be able to adjust view from windows however you want to (by spinning your flat)... That's mean that every floor is seperate flat, and if every floor will have different speed of rotation, view etc.. It will never look that beautiful as on the animation. Every floor will be spinnig much slower, not would never look like some kind of pattern and it will be just a mess. :)
