1. This is a design looking for a problem, not one made as a solution to a problem. This is space inefficient, resource inefficient, and overall doesn't make sense as far as urban agriculture goes. While it is a very cool-looking design, it is nothing more than that and has no chance of being built unless the city has way too much money on their hands that they don't know what to do with.
