3. Simcity 2000, Windows XP in its finest days. I'm not saying city skylines is BAD but even if the double hatred of both Simcity over city skylines and the fact that Simcity 5 is so horrible, is going around I still choose SImcity 5 over city skylines, I think Simcity 5 is great idk what everyone else finds so horrible about it, I will try city skylines when I get the money but for now Simcity 5 is the game for city building in my eyes.

9. Cites skylines hands down one of the best and I haven't even played it yet because I don't have a PC but I'm getting it on Friday for Xbox 1. Don't get me wrong I still love sim city 4 back when I had a PC I played the crap out of it. But on the other hand time to give this master piece a try!!!!!
