I repurposed this commercial tavern bar rail as a towel rack at ballet barre height. It runs right into the bathtub area as a grab bar. This towel rack surprisingly has 3 functions. This idea came to me in an epiphany upon waking when I was doing a this artistic Art Nouveau Bathroom featuring a tile reproduction of Gustav Klimt’s famous painting “The Kiss.” I also used part of the bar foot rail as a shower curtain rod here, using extra large hooks for the curtain. Wow that was a good dream! When we are not dreaming about repurposing bar railings we are busy with our wood heat business.
