Downtown Vancouver is a mix of modern skyscrapers and historical buildings from the early 20th century. There is a lot of stores, bars and restaurants, specially around Granville street. Many bars and restaurants can also be found at Denman Street. Among the historic skyscrapers a landmark is the marine Building, opened in 1930 in Art Deco style. Other interesting architecture highlights in downtown Vancouver are the Library Square and Robson Square.
