Miami Art Deco district was a little run down from its 2nd hey-day in the late 80s;
last year I saw loose tiles, missing windows and a lot of paintwork needing re-doing.

It is all protected though, by the City.

I have a cousin in New Zealand but have not yet visited her; when I was in Norway many people told me that New Zealand has similarly beautiful natural scenery.
