9. Zaha Hadid is the most overestimated architect of our time. She recently put a true monstrosity over an amazing classic building in Antwerp.
   
   She tries to impress with size and shapes, but anyone who has a more than average knowledge and feeling for shapes sees that her shapes aren't even pure. the purity of her shapes doesn't even come close to architects like for example John Lautner and Eero Saarinen. Those were pure shapes. What Zaha Hadid is to architecture is what Karim Rashid is to design. Bubblegum tricks that haven't evolved in ten years time and will never remain as iconic as many of the great architects before her time.
