Zaha Hadid Architects has unveiled plans to build a high-density housing development in Monterrey, Mexico, despite having been asked to design a series of high-rise towers.

Concept lacks environmental consideration that would be ameliorated by using roofs of complex as "el grande jardins" a great walking and sitting garden that would decrease cooling costs of units, increase local jobs for its maintenance, expand internal recreation opportunities with better security, and improve micro climate, again reducing yearly costs.
